1. Fill with sand, dirt, peat gravel, etc., leaving a little bit of room at the top.
2. Brush sand and debris off the VELCRO® closure with your hand. 
3. VELCRO® both closures shut.
4. Put it in a GORUCK Sandbag and get to work.
