Our new high quality performance bumper plates are perfect for cross training  as well as Olympic weightlifting style movements.

Our Performance plate series is crafted from dense virgin rubber, resulting in slimmer bumper plates that can accommodate more weight on a bar, which proves especially valuable for exercises like squats and deadlifts. Furthermore, these plates exhibit a significantly longer lifespan compared to their crumb rubber counterparts.

Each plate has a 45cm diameter (IWF standard) and a center hole of 50.4 mm (used with Olympic bar with diameter 50mm)
