Our The WOD Guys bumper plates are perfect for cross training  as well as Olympic weightlifting style movements.

With a rubber construction, they are shock-absorbent and help to protect your bar and floor when training. They are extremely durable.

Each plate has a 45cm diameter (IWF standard) and a center hole of 50.4 mm (used with Olympic bar with diameter 50mm)
